Description
Built on nine masonry pillars, a prefabricated wooden house was left to rot in the mountains. Three possible replacement strategies were presented to its new owners.
This house is made up of 8 light timber-frame modules of approximately 3x3x3 meters, clad in textured wood panels, stacked on pillars reinforced with sprayed concrete and connected to each other through mechanical fixings.
The different spaces are distributed in a simple and efficient way through movable elements that allow for the most flexible use possible.
